Our company employs an induction heating system with a capacity of 80 kW × 3 = 240 kW to perform post-heating hydrogen removal on pipes with a circumference of 25 meters.

Materials required for construction: 30 heating elements, 6 connecting cables, and 3 workers. The total installation time is approximately 8 hours; customized heating solutions can further reduce the setup duration.

Calculation of the estimated electricity cost savings for this project.

Total workload: Total heating length approximately 25 meters

Perimeter of a single flange weld: 25 meters. Operating power of the resistance heating equipment: 720 W (60 heating elements, each 10 kW).

 Total resistance heating time: 6 hours. Total electricity consumption: approximately 600 kW × 6 = 3600 kWh.

Operating power of the induction heating equipment: 240 kW (30 heating modules, each 6 kW).

Total induction heating time: 6 hours. Total electricity consumption: approximately 180 kW × 6 = 1080 kWh.

Total energy savings for the 25-meter perimeter: 25 m × 6 kWh/m × 0.7 yuan/kWh = 105 yuan.
